All prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK). – If you are logged in as a private customer, the price is always inclusive of VAT + a fixed handling fee. – If you are logged in with an EAN number (public institution), the prices are exclusive of VAT + shipping.

In the case of a backorder, you will only be invoiced for the actual delivery, and the remaining amount will be settled when you receive the backordered items. No shipping costs will be charged for the backorder.

Private purchase: We have a fixed handling fee of DKK 29 for private orders within Denmark (excluding the Faroe Islands and Greenland, where actual shipping costs apply). EAN orders / public institutions: Shipping is based on actual costs.

Should you unexpectedly regret your purchase, you have a 14-day return policy on unused items.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, you must report this immediately. If it is damage caused during shipping,
the claim must be directed to Post Denmark. The buyer is responsible for return postage.

Our products are covered by the Sale of Goods Act, and you have a 2-year warranty.
The warranty does not cover defects, damage, or wear and tear caused by use.

ZOO-design reserves the right for printing and typing errors, as well as discontinued items.
The products may vary depending on how they are cut in the fabric, and slight variations may therefore occur.

We collaborate with Quick Pay and Nets.
The money is only withdrawn from your account when the item is shipped.

The payment terms in Denmark are 10 days.
Orders outside Denmark require prepayment.
